Meghan Sheffield is a writer, web producer, and social media manager, who specializes in telling stories about family, culture and place.

Past work includes creating the website for the historical television series Canada 1812: Forged in Fire and blog-editing Roots Music Canada's web portal. Her writing has appeared offline in Up Here Magazine and The Kingston Whig-Standard. Meghan also does custom freelance writing, editorial and social media work, including in-depth, interview-based family biographies.

She is active in the online Montessori community from milkweedmontessori.com, and also blogs at megsheff.blogspot.ca, where you're likely to see beloved songs, backyard photographs and stories from the road.

She is also a poet, a mother, an explorer, and an occasional water painter.
